Chaplain’s Comments
Welcome Spring! It is the time of “new beginnings”. We look out and see the many beautiful colors of Spring—the grass, the flowers and the trees. Everything seems to be breaking forth in the many colors of the rainbow. Even people begin wearing these warm vibrate colors.
We enjoy this time of year not only for the colors, but the warmth of the sun and the refreshing rains. We plow the ground and plant the flowers and vegetables that make our lives more enjoyable.
When you are taking all this beauty in don’t forget to thank the One who is responsible for it all. Our Creator thought of everything to make our lives on this planet better. He did not short change us on anything. Of course, there are unexpected events which can be difficult in life, but we each can depend upon this same Creator to sustain us and bring us through to the other side. Life once again can be bright and colorful thanks to Him being present in our lives.
Again we remember those among us who are going through some of those stressful times. Although God knows and understands our circumstances, He still wants us to lift one another up in our prayers. Thanks for continuing to remember:
Joanna Bazemore, Tom Bazemore, Melvin Brooks, Carol Anspach, Samuel Digsby, Van Douglas, Glen Fowler, Laura Golden, Bill Head, Bill Reed, Sammy Terrell, Unspoken needs, Each MCL member and spouse, and Caregivers of the sick.

Please let me know if there are others we need to add to our list. Thanks!
